Fall 2025 Vaccination Season News

 

As HealthCare Providers prepare for the upcoming fall vaccination season, here is some important information pertaining to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Part B preventive vaccine updates that have gone into effect as of July 1, 2025.  According to CMS, as of July 1, 2025 FQHCs and RHCs may file for reimbursement for the cost of Medicare Part B vaccines as well as the cost of vaccine administration at the time of vaccine administration.  Part B vaccines include: pneumococcal, influenza, hepatitis B, and COVID-19 vaccines.
